I’m not a review writer but I had to do this one. Eric Mackenzie is the one helped me lease my 2018 MDX with a trade in on 5/22/18. Eric is greats, easy going, friendly, easy to work with. I recently bought a car at Continental Acura of Naperville. Kirk Roberts was my sales person he is great, very polite and friendly. The financing process was easy and very fast. Jerry Burton the Finantial Manager was very polite and friendly as well. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great customer service and great cars. In the future I will definitely go to Continental Acura of naperville for my next car purchase.

Came in a couple weeks ago to buy an RS5 that I saw online. The day prior I had set up an appointment to come in first thing in the morning when the dealership opened to see it. When I came in the car was not at the dealership as an employee had taken it home the night prior and there was a slight misunderstanding regarding the appointment. What started out as as a rough first impression quickly turned around when I was introduced to Jeff. He apologized on the behalf of the dealership and the misunderstanding and promptly sent someone to retrieve the car and got me started on the paperwork process (came in expecting to buy the car). While we waited he gave my daughter a coloring book and crayons and made sure we knew where the snacks and things were if she needed a distraction.I’m not the most conventional looking Audi customer as I’m young, heavily tattooed and have long dreadlocks so I’m used to getting looks or rude remarks from time to time. Jeff and the other employees I interacted with made me feel at home and everyone was super polite and professional and at no point did I feel judged or looked down on which is always wonderful. The following week I came in with my wife to get her a Q3 and had another great interaction with Mitch and the rest of the team. Even though it was super busy in there, it felt smooth and fluid and they took extra time to make sure everything was set up for my wife and that she knew how to use all the features of the vehicle.Jeff also went out of his way to order me a second key so that I had a spare and kept me updated on it’s progress via text message which was really nice. When I came in to have it programmed he got it taken care of promptly, brought a mini Audi car for my daughter to ride around while we waited and even had them wash my car after service was done. As a business owner, I truly appreciate and value good customer service and going the extra mile to give everyone a 5 star experience.Thanks for the experience, we truly love our new Audi’s!-Taylor K.

First, kudos to Amy Brooks, my salesperson, for her attention to detail, friendliness, and customer focus. I thoroughly enjoyed her enthusiasm and her willingness to see that I was satisfied with the purchase of a certified pre-owned vehicle. All my concerns were addressed, and she saw that my questions were answered. I wish everyone was as pleasant to deal with during the sales process as she was. As far as the dealer experience went, it was professional and customer-oriented. The team made sure I knew all there was about the vehicle and that I was confident driving it off the lot. Jeff G. greeted us at door and made us feel welcome, and attentive in conversation. This car buying experience is by far the best ever, wife and I both agree on this. For test drive, given choice of street or test track. We chose track, highly recommend as well. Financing went well also, didn't feel pressured at any moment. Thank you for the experience.

A close friend highly recommended Continental Audi in Naperville. I called ahead and spoke with Eric Matway (General Manager), who assigned Eric Forrest (Audi Brand Specialist) to meet with us. Eric Forrest was very easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable on the A4’s features and technology. He explained and demonstrated the features during our test drive on the Naperville Auto Test Track. Once we purchased the A4, Victoria Matway setup our phones, music, and explained the many fine assistance features available to the driver. After our experience with the staff, my wife and I highly recommend the dealership.

We were looking for a previously owned, luxury SUV that was coming off lease - basically a 2015 model. Loved the looks of the Audi Q5 and checked inventory at Continental Audi. Took a test drive and decided to purchase one. The experience was very relaxed and the sales person, Mitch, was very well informed about the product and the service offered by Continental. He was very accommodating and made the usually very tedious negotiating and paperwork process very manageable. It took a bit longer than expected but that was due to the volume of purchases the dealer needed to process that night and could not be helped. Still, we never felt rushed nor neglected by the entire Continental staff with whom we interacted. Overall, a very positive buying experience and we look forward to a long relationship with the Audi team at Continental.

Both the sales and service department at Continental Mazda are top notch. We worked with Karl and Bob in the sales office, and Dennis managed our repair. During rush hour, we live over 2 hours away. Our repair was managed completely after-hours (service department closed before we could get there) with no issue, and we had a brand new loaner vehicle for the 24-hour period we were without our car. I highly recommend everyone here, and will be back for future service and vehicle purchases.

Just bought a used car and it needed some service performed on it. We had some scheduling issues and i missed the first appointment. The Service Team was great at helping reschedule the appointment. The Maintenance Team was able to diagnose the issues i was having quickly and pointed out an Air Bag Recall for the vehicle. They took care of the recall very quickly. The only issue i have isn't an issue with the Team here its with the price of the parts that needed replaced. $500.00 for an SD card and $3500 for the Multi-Display for the GPS, Backup Camera, and Information screen? Seemed rather high for those components. Dennis was great to work with and was very helpful. Thanks for the awesome experience!

We have been so happy with Continental Mazda that we came back to lease another car with them! Dan Eugea is awesome! He is not pushy like most sale people are. He was interested in what our needs were for the car and the payment we wanted. He worked with us and for us, not just for the sale. Not only is the sales department great but the service department is equally as wonderful. Dennis is so friendly and every time I come in he knows me by name, even when I have come in without my car, he still knows me and greats me like we are best friends! I love the family atmosphere of the dealership, its one of the good ones out there, very few dealerships are like that.

I went to Continental Mazda and was treated like family. Adrian explained everything in detail and took his time with my vehicle leasing process. It was almost closing time too but I did not feel rushed what so ever. Now I am happily leasing a brand new 2018 Mazda CX5 Grand Touring and I couldn't be happier!

We loved our salesman Dan Eugea! He is not pushy and there to help you, unlike some sales people out there. The reason I chose to purchase another car with Continental Mazda is because of Dan and the excellent service department! I would highly recommend Dan if you are looking to buy or lease a car in the near future! I have been with this dealer for over 3 years and plan to stick with them!
