I recently had my car in for service at Continental Acura. This is the only place I trust my car to be serviced. They know the vehicle, are familiar with annual service that needs to be Dione, and any recalls they may have come up. I know that once I leave, I won’t have to return until the next recomended service is needed. John was in contact with me on the issues and how they would go about repairing. A loaner was provided for the full length of time my car was being serviced. Once my car was ready John provided all the details and asked me to come in when it was convenient for me. It’s always a pleasure doing business with people you trust!!

Kept me informed of the progress being made in identifying the root cause of a problem on the car and when it was apparent that the car would need to be kept an additional day they provided a loaner vehicle. Issue was resolved and covered by warranty.

Continental did a nice job with my car. Dan kept me updated on the progress. It was a significant and the work was completed as they explained it would be and I was able to keep the loaner since it ended up being a 2 day job.Dan was very good to work with -professional and courteous.

John tended to my service request and kept me informed about the vehicle examination as it was in progress. The dealership has a nice coffee machine for customers to make their own drink while waiting for the service to complete.

I accompanied my daughter as she shopped for an Audi. Admittedly, there wasn’t much I could help with as, up to this point, I didn’t know much about Audi’s. We actually went in after seeing a vehicle she was interested in on the internet. We were really so fortunate to have Mitch as our dealer rep. I had the best experience at Continental Audi. The car is beautiful and the price was right.  We drove up from Kansas to purchase the vehicle. Our Audi expert was Jeff and he was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and great to work with. Jason was our business manager, and he took very good care of us. All in all a great experience and I highly recommend checking them it for your next car.

Marissa and team, as usual, were amazing. I always appreciate how welcome, well informed, and valued I feel when walking through the doors. It is nice that my vehicles are taken care of without being made to feel that I am trying to be gouged for unnecessary parts, services, accessories etc. It is because of the service that we plan to continue servicing our cars here and when the time is right, buy our new cars.
