On July the 11th 2020 Saturday, I was visiting Naperville from Bloomington where I reside. My MDX 2016 was in need of an oil service and I drove into the dealership around 9AM hoping to be turned away because I did not have an appointment. One of the tires on my A4 recently had an unfortunate run in with metal shrapnel on the freeway. I threw the spare on, got the car to Continental 15 minutes later, and they already had another clean A4 loaner waiting for me to get on with my day. Keith was great with follow up. In just over a one year period we purchased two Mazda automobiles. Both autos, one a Mazda 3 and the other a MX 5 (Miata) were purchased from the same salesman - Mr. Dave Thomas. Both times the experience was great. An outstanding person to do business with. The Miata was purchased early in the Corona virus and Dave delivered it to our home as a precaution. Don't expect to be in the market again for a car in the near future, but if I was I would not hesitate to look up Mr. Thomas again
