Our car was ready within the time frame specified and no issues were found. The vehicle was presented to me clean inside and outside. I expected the service rep. to have recommend a lot of preventive maintenance services which rmay not have been needed but he told me the inspections that were done showed that no other services were required. Brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance and the service tech Rick was very professional. He did not try and sell me more then what needed to be done. My vehicle was finished when they told me it would be.
I have been going to Continental Acura for over 15 years. This the 3rd Acura that I have bought from them. Their customer service is unparalleled. They go above and beyond to get the job done. I had a problem with the engine lights alerting for no apparent reason. Even though the diagnostics did not show anything was wrong, they kept investigating until they found the root cause and repaired at no extra cost. Have not had any problems since. Received a call about a recall before I got it in the mail and was able to schedule the appointment right away. Scheduling is easy and I love that they have loaners equipped with I-Pass. They keep you updated on the progress of the service via text, which I appreciate as I am not always able to answer the phone during meetings. Also nice that they are open till 9p. On top of it all, the entire staff is friendly and courteous.

Continental Audi is very customer-focused. My original 2015 purchase was for a manual transmission Audi and the sales team knocked themselves out to find what I wanted (across a very limited US stock). There was no pressure to settle for a different vehicle...they found what I wanted and gave me a fair price (in spite of extra effort they put in for the vehicle search). Although there are several Audi dealers closer to my home (Continental is over 40 miles from where I live), all warranty and non-warranty service has been done at Continental. Their friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service staff work as team at every step every time. They all "walk the talk" and strive to ensure you feel your issues have been addressed and you've had a positive experience. If you need to leave your car with them, loaners and concierge service are no problem...another example of going the extra mile for their customers. Working with this dealership has been an excellent experience.
I scheduled with Keith Lindgren in service and was real pleased at his professionalism and help around my Q7. He helped me dig into prior service events on the car and showed me a few things on the servicing that I had not known when I purchased. It was refreshing to be treated like that being there on a warranty basis instead of buying the car from Continental. Please thank Keith for me.

We stopped by to test drive a Q 5 so we could compare it to other vehicles. We worked with Mitch and he pointed out all the features and very good reasons to purchase a Q5. We were thinking about selling our CRV first, but Mitch convinced us to trade it in instead because Audi would give us a fair price for the CRV. Mitch is very knowledgeable regarding the Q5 and working with him was great.
My current Q8 is I believe the fourth Audi my partner and I have gotten at Continental Audi. My pervious Audi I bought was from a dealership i will not name nor step foot in again. What I learned in straying to another dealership was continental audi is big enough to have a good selection but small enough to offer a good experience from looking, to finance, to delivery (they go beyond the extra mile to actually make Audi connect work), to service, to trade in and repeat. We always have good fact based conversations and I never feel like it’s hard sell. They know they are not just trying to push you into a car but that this is a relationship that will go from car to car. I’d like to thank John Z for making this purchase as easy as i like it to be.

After having a bad experience at another Mazda dealership, I gave Continental Mazda of Naperville a try. Boy am I glad I did! I worked with Dan Eugea and he was great! Car buying is never a quick or easy process, but Dan made it as pain free as possible. He worked with me on pricing that fit my budget and was upfront along the way. What more could you ask for. I will definitely be back here for my next Mazda.
Great dealership, professional and supporting staff. The system there is very well established. On other hand, they are also willing to adjust to help you as much as they can. Dan really helped us a lot when we have low credit scores as aliens to the US. After purchasing the car, a full tank of gas and car wash service were given free. We highly recommend this place.
