My experience in working with Greg Pew and his assistant Sharon was outstanding when leasing my 2018 TLX. Greg was professional and very knowledgeable. Throughout the entire experience I never felt like Greg was trying hide anything in the costs . He was very clear in answering questions and took the time to make sure I understand the process. After the purchase of the vehicle Greg continues to check in with me and see how things are going. He wants to make sure you understand everything that the vehicle has to offer and will take the time to help you better understand your car. I have bought 9 or 10 TL's, TLX's and MDX's from Greg and Sharon Pew.  I like the cars and I like the dealership but the service from Greg and Sharon is superb.  The buying experience is pleasant, professional, no pressure, no games and I always get a good deal.  Greg and Sharon make a good team and can and do answer all of my questions and immediately address any concerns.  This level of customer focus and care is very difficult to replicate and keeps me coming back.  I recommend Greg and Sharon highly if you are looking for a hassle free dealership experience and like dealing with professionals who care about the customer.

Shopping with Greg and Sharon Peww - I have bought many cars from Greg and Sharon...I think that it is 9 or 10 over the years. The reason is simple...they make the buying experience easy and I always get a good deal. Now this is in addition to the fact that I like Acura and the dealership. So with this kind of a team of people it is hard to go elsewhere. Sharon and Greg are the main reason why I keep buying cars at Continental Acura.

We did a lot of shopping and comparisons before leasing with Continental Acura of Naperville. My first contact with Continental Acura was several months back with another salesman over the phone. Further, he was recommended by a close relative. Unfortunately, they did not want my business nor did they want to listen. Since we really wanted an Acura I gave them a second chance. Luckily for my wife and I we met Ernie Alvarez. Mr. Alvarez is truly sincere, kind, genuine and has an understanding for people. He never once pressured us in a sale. Ernie listened to our needs and wants and gave us a fair price! He asked us over and over if we were satisfied. Ernie introduced us to the service staff, customer service staff, sales managers and gave us a tour of the showroom. He presented us all with the amenities Continental Acura of Naperville has to offer. Finally Jerry Burton made our financial transaction a breeze. I highly recommend Continental Acura of Naperville to anyone looking for luxury and outstanding service.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone that tells me they are looking for a new car!! All the staff was super friendly and very helpful. I was down sizing from a mini van to car and was unsure as what I wanted. The sales person set me up with two cars to test drive and I ended up falling in love with the second one I drove!! I did end up purchasing that car!! Josh Bruhn was amazing, he went above and beyond to get a deal that worked well for everyone. He was super nice and was not a super pushy like some sales people can be! I will definitely be back when it's time for a new vehicle!!

We had been looking at cars for a week when we walked into Continental Audi. There is a good chance that we purchased the Audi Q7 because of Amy. She is amazing - didn't try to "sell" me on anything, but pointed out everything she knew I would want to know as a mom. The entire process was impressive. Even now, a week later, I am getting getting support from them. Seriously, the nicest group of people. It was a fantastic experience and I HIGHLY recommend this dealer!

Eric Forrest was outstanding to work with. Very personable and had great knowledge of the A5 Sportback we ordered. He kept me well informed as the car was built and shipped. Delivery went flawlessly and was a very enjoyable experience. I know there's a few Audi Dealers in the area, with more to come, but I would never go anywhere else except Continental. This is our 2nd new Audi car we've purchased in the past year and the Audi brand can't be beat. Everyone at the Dealership excel at their jobs and work diligently to make your experience hassle free. I would highly recommend this dealership, particularly Dan Spero. He is extremely knowledgeable about Audi’s and will take him time explaining anything you want/need to know about a car. I’ve been to many dealerships that made me feel like they just wanted my money and were already pushing me out the door and that’s the exact opposite of my experience here. 5/5 world recommend.

Went in to look at a used 2014 Jeep. Was treated very courteously by Mitch. I asked about a Audi Q5, & he told me everything 8 neede$ to know. Held the car for two days so I could come in & pay for it. Very professional. No stones unturned with Mitch.

Went in and was very quickly greeted by Audrey Lovejoy, who was fantastic in answering all my questions, and my wife's. She took us for a test drive and very quickly answered all of our concerns, she showed us all the benefits on the model we were buying and also told us the difference between all the trims which was very helpful. I walked out with a Mazda CX-5 that day.

I came to Continental Mazda to get an oil change in their express service. I had an appointment to get new tires later that day. I had been told by another service center to get new tires in the fall/winter because my tire rating was in the yellow. I was suspicious as winter approaches since the tires still looked okay. I came in and had the tire tread depth checked at Continental Mazda and they told me the the tires were in the green. So no new tires for me today I have Con...tinental Mazda to thank for saving me almost $600. Especially around the holidays, it can be a challenge to save up for repairs and maintenance. I was thrilled with my experience at Continental Mazda and saving money! I was also very impressed with the good service and the honesty of the employees. I'm someone who gives 100% or more on everything I do. So I can be hard to please when I go places especially if I don't see the effort put into work being done. Dennis was particularly helpful in explaining the findings from my oil change. I appreciated that he did not skim over the information but actually took time to be detailed. He also didn't treat me like a person who knew nothing about their own car. This is important to me. Explaining is fine but patronizing is not. So many thanks for the positive experience! See More

Outstanding customer service! I went through a horrible experience where my vehicle was stolen, but it was then later recovered without damage. My Mazda vehicle had to be towed to continental Mazda in Naperville, because the offender had taken my only set of keys. The plan was to have my locks and ignition changed with two new sets of keys, which was suppose to be covered by my insurance. My insurance turned out to be a nightmare, so my vehicle sat on the Mazda dealer`s lot for two weeks. Going through all the battles I had to face with this particular incident, the only party that was not a headache was Continental Mazda. Their customer service department was exceptional! They were very compassionate and patient about the given circumstances and they ensured that my vehicle would be taken care of properly and that my vehicle was safe in their hands. It is something when your car dealer seems to be working more in your favor than your own car insurance company . Mazda even gave me a discount on my services. Through my whole horrible experience, I am grateful that I have such an amazing car dealer to work with. I drove my vehicle off their lot with a peace of mind and confidence, knowing that I am at least in good hands when it comes to my dealer. Very professional, informative and compassionate. I`m so glad my fiancé and I went with Mazda!
